Cancel or change an order

Email SUPPORT EMAIL PENDING with your order number and the change you need. Cancellation requests received before the fulfilment cut-off of CUT-OFF TIME PENDING are processed the same working day.

If the order is cancelled successfully, the full amount is released back to your original payment method. Bank posting times vary by issuer.

Once a parcel is in transit it can no longer be cancelled. Refuse delivery or start a return once it arrives, and follow the Returns & Refunds policy.

Consumers in the EU and UK may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods, using the model withdrawal form or any clear statement.
