What is covered
Manufacturing faults in materials or construction under normal use, such as stitching failure or hardware that fails without misuse. VERIFY WITH SUPPLIER
What is not covered
Normal wear, cosmetic marks from use, damage from accidents, misuse or modification, and items bought from unauthorised resellers.
Making a claim
Contact support with your order number and clear photographs of the fault. We will confirm the next step, which may be a repair, a replacement or a refund.
Statutory rights
